Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data — email, display name, optional avatar.
• Profile data — tradition, bio, country / ethnicity you choose to share.
• Dream content — anything you submit to Narrate or your Journal.
• Usage data — basic logs (timestamps, error traces) needed to operate the Service.

2. How we use it

• To generate AI interpretations you request.
• To store your private journal, accessible only to you.
• To detect crisis-related language and surface support resources.
• To improve safety and quality. We do not sell your data.

3. Who we share it with

Dream text submitted for interpretation is sent to our AI gateway provider for processing and returned to you. It is not used to train third-party models. We use Lovable Cloud (Supabase) for database and authentication. We never share your content with advertisers.

4. Your rights

• Access & export — export your journal at any time from the Journal page.
• Delete — permanently delete your account and all associated data from your Profile page.
• Correct — update your profile in-app.
• EU/UK residents: rights under GDPR; California residents: rights under CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, all journal entries, profile data, and authentication records are removed within 30 days. Backups roll off within 90 days.

6. Security

We use row-level security on every user-data table, encrypted connections, and least-privilege server functions. No system is perfect; report suspected vulnerabilities through the app.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 16.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in regions where our providers operate. We rely on standard contractual clauses where required.

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage required for authentication, offline drafts, and remembering your preferences. No advertising trackers.

10. Changes

Material updates will be communicated in-app or by email.
